What does our recruitment look like?

Application

Initial interview

After analysing the CV, if we see an opportunity for collaboration, we will contact you directly. This may be an initial telephone call or an invitation to a meeting at our office, depending on the position and the scope of the recruitment.

Recruitment meeting

The recruitment process can proceed in two ways:

  • Option 1 – single stage: Recruitment interview in two parts – first with the Manager or Director and then with the Partner.
  • Option 2 – two stages: Two separate interviews with Partners, if the position requires it.

Welcome to the Team

At the end of the interviews, we make a decision and provide feedback. If the recruitment is successful, we present an offer of cooperation and discuss the next steps involved in joining the team.

We start with a meeting at the office, where you will learn about our Company, its structure, procedures and policies. You will receive administrative training that will help you move around your new workplace smoothly.

2. Substantive training

Depending on your role, training tailored to your position will be planned. You will learn about our working standards, procedures and the specifics of the projects you will be involved in.

3. First tasks and team support

Upon completion of training, you will start carrying out your first tasks. You can count on the support of a dedicated mentor who will help you with the full implementation and answer any questions you may have.

4. Relationships and corporate culture
4. Relationships and corporate culture

Co-operation is not only about joint projects, but also about the relationships we build. We regularly meet online for short informal chats to exchange experiences and get to know each other better. From time to time, we also organise team meetings and other corporate events that allow us to take a break from our daily duties for a while, get to know each other better and spend time in a relaxed atmosphere.
