Upon verification and analysis of your submitted CV, if we see opportunities for co-operation, we will invite you for an interview.
Recruitment meeting:
This is the moment when we will have an opportunity to meet in person. You will have two conversations:
- The first with the Director or Manager, where we will talk about the details of the role, your competences and our expectations. You can expect substantive questions, but also a conversation about whether our work culture is for you.
- The second with our Partner, who wants to get to know you better and see how you see your future in the industry.

Irrespective of the outcome of the recruitment, we always come back with feedback. If we decide to co-operate with you, we will invite you to join the team and guide you through the next steps.
Your start in Nexia Pro Audit:
For a start, we invite you to our office where you will receive initial administrative training. You will learn about our procedures, systems and policies that will help you to get into work smoothly. You will also receive the necessary equipment for your work.
You will then receive specialist training to prepare you for your position. We want you to feel confident, so we will make sure you have a solid foundation and support for your first tasks.
After training, you move on to real-life tasks and teamwork. Do not worry – you can always count on help from your teammates.
There is a lot more to life than work! We are committed to building a well-cooperating cohesive team. We hold regular meetings – both online and in person. You can count on relaxed conversations over a cup of tea, regular team-building meetings and other company events to get to know us better.
