Supporting the development of our employees and the profession
At Nexia Pro Audit, social responsibility starts with our employees. We are focused on development and offer a variety of opportunities – from training courses that help you learn new skills, to applications and apprenticeships that make it possible to acquire the licence of a chartered accountant. We create a working environment where everyone can develop, both professionally and personally. We support our employees in their daily work, ensuring that they feel comfortable and confident in what they do. We take a similar approach to supporting the development of the profession of certified accountant by engaging in training courses for chartered accountants across Poland.
Transparency and ethics
We are guided by openness and honesty in every area of our business. Transparency builds trust, which is why we take care to communicate our activities clearly and transparently both internally and externally. We adhere to the highest ethical standards and strive to make our every step clear and understandable to our employees and customers and beneficial to the environment. We ensure that our processes are transparent and that decisions are made responsibly and with full respect for our daily values.
Social and charitable involvement
We are involved in various social and charitable initiatives, believing that helping others is our shared responsibility. We regularly participate in campaigns such as the Szlachetna Paczka or Poland Business Run. It is worth pointing out that our employees also engage individually in various initiatives, such as Shepherds of Hope, showing that the desire to help is natural and very important to us.
Caring for the environment
We are aware of the need to care for the environment. Whenever possible, we participate in green space cleaning initiatives to take care of our planet. This type of activity is a way of taking care of our common space. We have taken part in such a campaign both in the Polish mountains – the Beskids – and in distant Buenos Aires within the Nexia network. In this way, by acting locally in different places, we want to contribute to responding to global environmental challenges. We also focus on the digitalisation of processes in our operations by reducing paper consumption, using electronic workflows and digital signatures.
