Radomił is a Partner at Nexia Pro Audit. He has over 24 years of professional experience gathered in Big Four firms from 2003, and holds the UK and Ireland ACCA practising certificate in audit and accounting. For over ten years, he has dealt with financial audit, including auditing of statements for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, international groups, and private investors. He has been in charge of consultancy team on financial reporting and accounting.

Expert in IFRS, advising on implementation of IFRS standards, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of groups, as well as other complex transactions, with respect to accounting and finance. Has managed due diligence projects and post-transaction audits of financial statements, also as an independent auditor, expert, consultant, or mediator in disputes between the seller and the buyer upon acquisition transactions. Consultant to companies and groups with respect to streamlining and automation of financial reporting processes. Conducted many training courses for employees and Clients, as well as independent organisations, in the area of IFRS, accounting, and financial reporting. He also provides training in the area of mandatory professional training within Nexia Pro Audit. As a consultant, he has collaborated with many entities in the production, FMCG, transportation, telecommunications and media, IT, energy, real estate, governmental organisations, and many other sectors.

Author and co-author of many books, including “Komercjalizacja B+R dla praktyków – przewodnik”, „Polityka rachunkowości w ramach komercjalizacji B+R. Poradnik dla księgowych jednostek naukowych”, and “Tax Restructuring in the EU. Cross-border mergers, divisions and contributions”. Graduate from economics (specialisation: international trade) at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
